the hotel was spotless and had extremely helpful staff at replenishing it. i had a very very good and nice hot breakfast for the hot food, the food was outstanding. in overall the room was very well decorated and well-equipped and with as many windows, a king size bed plus dressing table. that property was in a perfect and excellent location, right next to town centre.

The property is spotless with a modern design, and the vegetarian breakfast is sensational. Lovely and perfect location, in the hotel's Zagatto's brasserie. Based close enough to the bar restaurant, the town centre and The Pantiles and most hotels and restaurants.

The Spa Hotel has style, a pleasant location, excellent facilities and well trained staff. Our one night there marked the start of a very special holiday to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We enjoyed the Spa, eating in the Orangery Garden and walking in the grounds.
The price of breakfast was ridculously high.

I stayed in the hotel on business, and as I was too tired to go downstairs to eat. I had a beautiful room so I decided to order room service, It was very fast and the food was good. Would def stay again. I am a female, travelling on my own and I felt very comfortable and safe in this hotel.

We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor. We had basic essentials provided. All staff friendly and acknowledged us. Impressed with their efficiency and immaculate appearance - waistcoats extremely smart on men and woman ( I want one!). Cosy lounge area, beautiful chandaliers. Fantastic gourmet food, perfectly cooked. We all loved the dining experience. Grounds were breathtaking. .
Lounge area quiet in evening, missed some background music. A pianist would've been nice or a bit of jazz to give it some ambiance. Realize that entertainment costs money but young, local, new talent can be cheaper alternative.

We liked the combination of afternoon tea & a one course evening meal - the latter being included in the price. We think this is a unique Hotel which we attribute to it being an independant establishment.
